Châteauneuf-du-Pape –Rhone Valley
Originally, Bouachon was the historic cooper from the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. In 1898, he extends his expertise to the vine and decided to found his winery.
Over the decades, vineyard plots were carefully selected on the identity of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation terroirs. Nowadays, Maison Bouachon relies on a network of 30 winemaker’s partners for its supply of grapes. These partnerships allow to select the plots of vines and then follow the vineyard.
In 2011, Boisset la Famille des Grands Vins has integrated Skalli, and Maison Bouachon has built momentum with the renovation of the winery of Petit Bois, its new ageing cellar in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and opening new markets abroad.
